2:30PM - Fire crews currently have the incident under-control. 100 people have been evacuated from 2 nearby buildings. 2 workers who where in the basement at the time have been taken to hospital for further treatment.Traffic conditions on New South Head Rd have been effected. 2:10PM - Fire crews are currently on scene at a fire in an underground substation near the Custom Credit building on the corner of New South Head Rd and Mona Rd Edgecliff. Nearby effected businesses have been evacuated.
