31/07/11 - Fatal house fire at Cabramatta

Firefighters were called this morning to a house fire in Judtih Avenue at Cabramatta. Crews were on scene within seven minutes and reported the fire was through the roof of the single level residential structure.It took crews from three stations about one hour to control and extinguish the fire which totally destroyed the house. One occupant was later found deceased amongst the debris.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
