20/06/11 - Townhouse destroyed at Blackett

Six fire trucks and around twenty five firefighters were called to a fire in a residential townhouse complex in Sorensen Crescent in Blackett this evening.
A townhouse was totally destroyed and several others were damaged by smoke and heat. There were no reported injuries.
FRNSW was called at 8.37pm and the fire was under control at 9.19pm. Crews from Mt Druitt, Blacktown, Dunheved, St Mary's, Blacktown and Penrith attended the fire.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
