12/12/10 - Six residential fires

Today, the NSWFB processed 698 reports of incidents across the state. Highlights include:Fire crews today responded to six residential fires including a house totally destroyed at Griffith, two houses extensively damaged at Corrimal and Narwee and two houses with minor damage at Minto, and a unit with minor damage at Erina.
Crews also attended a fire in a medical centre at Emerton and due to rapid response of fire crews the fire was quickly contained to an office area.
Fire Hazmat Officers attended a minor Hazmat incident at Sackville North.
Today Fire Rescue Officers responded to 42 motor vehicle incidents across NSW including a car into a house at Cooks Hill.
