07/11/10 - Three residential fires, ferry incident at Meadowbank

Today fire crews attended three residential fires at Waitara, West Pennant Hills and Darlinghurst. This afternoon fire officers responded to assist at a maritime incident at Meadowbank involving a transport ferry and a speed boat. Fire crews also responded to a Hazmat incident at Rouse Hill, a motor vehicle accident at Merewether. Late tonight crews responded to gas cylinders on fire in a metal scrap yard at Lisarow.
