24/10/10 - Twenty people evacuated from Chippendale block of units

Twenty people were evacuated from a block of units after fire took hold of a unit on the fifth floor of a residential building in Dwyer St at Chippendale. Six fire crews attended the incident and were able to contain the blaze to the original unit within the building. The cause of the fire is being investigated.
