22/10/10 - Thirty evacuated after kitchen fire

Thirty residents were evacuated from their units following a kitchen fire in a unit at Belmore. No injuries were reported. Cooking was also responsible for two other fires attended at Hammondville and North Wollongong. A domestic garage and the roof of an adjoining house were damaged by fire at Moss Vale.
