Rescue at Corrimal

Firefighters from Corrimal and Wollongong responded to a motor vehicle accident at Princes Highway, Corrimal shortly after midday today. When they arrived, they saw there had been an accident involving two cars and found two injured people were still inside one of the cars. After ambulance personnel assessed and treated the injured people, the firefighters used their rescue equipment to cut out the side of the car so they could be freed and transported to hospital.
