West Pennant Hills house saved. Car crashes into house at Toronto

At 4.45 pm fire crews were called to a house fire in West Pennant Hills. 12 firefighters from 3 stations fought the fire in the 2 storey house. The fire in the laundry eventually damaged 20% of the house. The fire was extinguished by crews in Breathing Apparatus. Fire crews also ventilated the premises, and were in attendance for 2 hours. Meanwhile, crews in Toronto had to deal with a car that had crashed into a house. Props were used to stabilise the house, whilst waiting for an engineer to assess the houses stability.
