Several residential fires across NSW

Firefighters attended a number of residential fires across NSW today. Just after midnight firefighters were called to a fire in a bathroom caused by candles left burning on the windowsill in Parkside Lane at Westmead. At 3.51am a house was severely damaged by fire in William Street at Forbes. At 6.08am firefighters attended a car alight in a car park under a block of units in Windsor Rd, Baulkham Hills. At 11.23am crews were called to a kitchen fire in Williams Street, Broken Hill and at 12.26pm fire crews attended foodstuffs left on a stove in a house in Station Rd, Auburn.
