Fatal House Fire at Seven Hills

Fire rescue officers from Seven Hills, Wentworthville and Huntingwood responded to a house fire at Orinoco Close, Seven Hills at 2:53 this morning. The first arriving crews encountered a severe fire at the back of the house and quickly attacked it with hoses while searching for a missing occupant. They were able to have most of the fire extinguished within forty five minutes and continued the search. Tragically, the body of the missing occupant was located within the burnt out section at the rear of the house.
