Garage fire Baulkham Hills

Soon after the start of night shift, firefighters from Seven Hills and Wentworthville responded to a domestic garage on fire in Malvern Ave, Baulkham Hills. On arrival the firefighters have found a detached garage well alight, threatening to spread to the house. The risk was identified early and an aggressive fire attack was commenced on the garage with another hose line used to cool the house. Four LPG cylinders were also removed from the garage to eliminate the risk of explosion. Although the garage was substantially damaged by fire, the firefighters did a remarkable job to stop the fire spreading to the house.
