House fire Lithgow

Early this morning firefighters from Lithgow and Lithgow West responded to a house fire in Mort St, Lithgow. Firefighters arrived within seven minutes to find a house well alight. All people from the house had been accounted for, so the focus was on extinguishment. Firefighters did a great job in containing the fire to the back section of the house. The cause of the fire will be investigated.
