House fire in Campbelltown

Around lunchtime today crews from Rosemeadow and St Andrews responded to a house fire in Trotwood Av, Campbelltown. Firefighters arrived to find a single-level house well alight. Firefighters commenced an aggressive fire attack to extinguish the fire, confine it to the bedroom area. The fire was extinguished 45 minutes. One female occupant suffered slight smoke inhalation. She was treated on scene by Ambulance officers. The cause of the fire is being investigated.
