Serious accident in Burwood

This morning firefighters from Concord and rescue firefighters from Burwood responded to a serious three car accident on Shaftesbury Road, Burwood. A fire hose was set up to protect the trapped people in case of fire while the rescue firefighters performed the extraction of two people. One lane on Parramatta Road was closed during the incident which resulted in six people being taken to hospital.
