Oxygen Leak in Ashfield

This afternoon firefighters from Ashfield, Marrickville, Leichhardt, Newtown, Lakemba and the Duty Commander were responded to an oxygen leak in Ashfield. Fire crews were on scene in three minutes to find an oxygen leak on the third floor of a hospital. Fire crews evacuated 16 people from the building. The oxygen was isolated using an isolation switch. Atmospheric monitoring equipment was used to declare the building safe for reoccupation. The cause is under
